FAQ Regarding the Products

Yes. The menu comes with Egg/ Eggless option where ever it is applicable 

Each product has a separate storage condition. The Shelf life and storage Conditions of the item are given in each item’s menu description. In terms of Cake we recommend to bring the product to room temperature if stored in Refrigerator for a good eating experience.  

The allergens present in a product varies and The allergen information of a product is given in the menu description of each item .

We don’t provide Plates and Spoon. However, we do provide a magic candle and knife for your celebrations.

We do have some travel friendly products. Kindly reach us through WhatsApp for further details.

The serving no depend upon the size and weight of the cake.  

Petit cake – 4- 5 serving 

750 g – 5-7 serving 

1 Kg – 8 – 10 serving and so on 

FAQ Regarding Shipping, Payment and orders

Our store is Located in Sterling road, Nungambakam. We do have Self-pick up option and can be opted while ordering through website.  

We recommend placing the orders for customized caked 24- 48 hours prior. For standardized design a minimum of 4 hours is sufficient.  

We provide three delivery time slots, 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm and 4. 00 pm to 8.00 pm. In case of delivery status, please free call to 7200285707

You can cancel the order by contacting us to 7358666225 or through our website. However, we recommend to go through our cancellation policy before cancelling an order.

You can pay on the website using the following methods: Debit Card, Credit Card- Mastercard, UPI etc.

Refunds will only be credited to the original source of payment & will take 2 to 4 business days to process. 

We will be able to adhere to special requests or customize our products based on the menu we have at the time. WhatsApp us at 7358666225 to know the details.

Our delivery is within 30 kms from our central kitchen at Nungambakam. However, you can check the availability by entering your pin code while ordering.

We deliver throughout the week. However, in case of any circumstances, we will inform in prior.  

Shipping cost varies according to the location entered which can be checked at Check out.  

We might be able to prepone or postpone the order provided it was notified to us prior 24 hours of the delivery date. However, whether to accept the request or not is subjected to management. 

It is possible to change the delivery location under certain circumstances and will be subjected to a different delivery charge which the customer has to pay. However, whether to accept the request or not is subjected to management. 

It is not possible to track the order status online, however it can be enquired by calling us to 7200285707. 

As of now, we don’t offer discounts for regular customers. However, it can be enquired with us and a discount may/ may not be granted which is subjected to the management decision.
