Belgian Chocolate CakeFirst time I ordered from here the cake was yummy but underweight for which team apologized.Based on the quality of chocolate and taste i decided to order for my son's birthday and it was dissapointing experience.Again chocolate quality was good but very less chcocolate was used in the layer. Cake dense and dry. It was a bit sticky not blended well with chocolate. You can feel you are eating some maida cake and chocolate separately.
Ordered eggless rasmalai cake for my daughter’s first bday, the cake i received had one rasamali cut in pieces for decoration and the cream had very slight rasamalai essence. It was not more than a vanilla cake. They charged 1200 + taxes for 450g cake which was tooooo expensive for a vanilla cake. The response i received from the team was also not satisfactory. Highly disappointing 👎🏼

One of the best bakers in town for healthy cake options. I cannot tell the difference between the regular cake and the vegan cake. It tastes the same. 100% recommended.

Do yourself a favor and never ever order GLUTEN-FREE/SUGARFREE CHOCOLATE CAKE from here.Arguably the worst over-priced birthday cake one can order.Very firm, hard to chew and don't don't get me started on Sugarfreeness, it's just melted Amul sugarfree chocolate poured on top.Really Really disappointed.And pricing is just crazy, it's not even worth few hundreds but charging in thousands is beyond my imagination.DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.
Very bad experience with Moonbakes. Ordered a birthday cake with full amount paid as advance. But the cake was not delivered. Tried reaching out to them several times but no luck. Such a worst customer service. They ruined the occasion completely.
Worst Service. Can't deliver in time, as promised. Can't attend customer phone calls. Can't refund customer money for unsent cakes. Please Stay Away from Moon Bakes.

Very bad experience with Moonbakes. Ruined the happy mood of the function. Ordered a cake worth 2000 for my Grandmother’s 75th birthday function. The cake came with the upper layer completely distorted. I sent them an image and they accepted to replace/refund. As it was already late to replace, I bought a cake quickly from the nearest bakery and returned the item. It’s been 1 month and I still haven’t got a refund. They keep saying we will check and revert back. But no refund. Very bad customer service.
The cake was ah-mazing! It was exactly how i wanted it to be.. especially the frosting and cake just melted in mouth?Glad i found the best baker for our lil boys bday celebration.. my nephew asked if it was a toy? will definitely come back to you for another occasion❤️
We ordered with them for our son’s first birthday . The cake was perfect and had all we dreamt about it. The customisations we requested was presented very neatly. We received a lot of compliments on the cakes flavour and taste. Definitely recommend them to celebrate occasions with special ones .Thanks team for all the effort you put in on our son’s memorable day.
A dessert heaven. My first order was Lotus biscoff cake for my birthday.. I had asked for some specific toppings and they were done so perfectly and was delivered in a very good condition without even a slightest smudge. The mango seasonal menu was one of a kind and I enjoyed their mango custard bomboloni… The cheesecakes are absolutely melt in mouth types.. Have never seen such silky texture in any cheesecakes that I have had before. Really satisfied with their taste and quality and looking forward to place more orders.
Cake was really good. Ordered a Biscoff cake. Need a lot of patience while ordering ?? as they respond only through WhatsApp.. Prompt delivery. Better to inform them 2-3 days in advance.. had a nice experience..
