Our Baklava tart is an ode to the middle eastern dessert! Made with Buttery crust that is filled with a combination of decadent nuts like cashews and almonds which gives that perfect crunch and nuttiness this dish needed. It is then covered with frangipane made with almond flour and is baked to perfection! Not to mention the Baklava syrup which is the star of the show this is made with honey and orange juice reduction. This syrup is combined with the nuts in the center and also brushed on top to give that much need juiciness and a pop of freshness. YUM! No wonder it’s our Signature dish and our best seller!
