Made with a sheet sponge that has strawberry prints that’s drawn all over it and then layered with fresh strawberry compote and buttercream. The highlight is the soaking syrup which is made with a honey syrup combining the flavors of honey cake and a Victoria sponge cake.  

Ingredients: Maida, yeast, sugar, oil, strawberry compote, white chocolate, milk chocolate, pistachio
